Bye, Bye Babies

There are no more babies in my house. Today I had to put away the high chairs. Bryce and Layne refuse to sit in them. They want to be big girls and be in big chairs. Yesterday, I bought them both big girl panties. UGHHHH! I am so not ready for them to be out of diapers but they are ready. I know that sounds crazy. I should be jumping up and down with joy about all the money I will be saving, all the landfills that will have more room and no more changing table or Diaper Champ. But my heart hurts a little knowing that I will not have those things again. The next thing you know they will demand to be out of their cribs. I dread that day. A house with no cribs will send me over the mommy edge. At least they still have their pacis...

Holiday

Holiday, that is what Australians call a vacation. Brian and I really enjoyed our holiday in Singapore and Australia. It was a much needed time away from real life. At least for me anyway. Brian did have to work some while we were there, which left me more time to be reflective on my life ie...spa treatments, sleeping in, room service, time by the pool, sight seeing and don't forget the shopping! I would love to take the kids if I ever get to go again. I just have to figure out how to get around being on an airplane for almost 24 hours with 3 small children.
Here are a few pics from the trip.

**side note** While I was sleeping in on the 25th floor and Brian was at work the FIRE ALARM went off. Pure panic on my part. As I was leaving the room trying to figure out how I was going to go down 25 flights of stairs, the hotel staff was in the hallway telling everyone that it was a false alarm.

McLeod Family Reunion

We attended a family reunion for the McLeod side of Brian's family. It was the first time most of Brian's extended family met the kids. The kids had a blast playing and running around with all their cousins.

Bunny did it!

The girls got caught playing in the kleenex. Apparently the bunny did it.
