Touchdown Baby!

After 2 weeks of rain, Graham was finally able to start playing football again. I have to say I am LOVING this sport! I am surprised at how quickly he is picking it up. He seems to enjoy it most of the time and loves his coach and teammates. Let's go EAGLES!
Run Graham Run!

Can't catch me...

Rainy Days

The rain has been here for days and days. We have tried to stay as busy as possible to keep the rainy day blues away.
Luckily, the girls started ballet class. The look so adorable in their little leotards and tights.
Today we spent the morning zooming around scooters and riding bikes in. the. house. What else is a mom to do when you have been STUCK inside for what seems like an eternity.

Preschool~ Here we come!

Bryce and Layne started their first day of preschool in the 3's class. They were both very excited to start. We went to Meet the Teacher last week and the girls enjoyed meeting Ms. Terri. We were pleasantly surprised to see several of the same faces returning to their class this year. Hopefully, it will make the transition easier. This morning the girls were ready to go to school and head over much earlier than I wanted to leave but I thought I better go while everyone is in good moods. It made for a good time for picture taking.

Hurry Up! WE are ready to get inside and go to school!

So after ALL the pictures we finally headed inside and the girls did great. They went right into their class and wanted to play. No tears this year so that made my exit even better.

The Big School

It is official...Graham is at the Big School. He started Kindergarten this morning. I think I was more anxious about it than him. As soon as he was done with breakfast he was ready to leave the house. The girls will start their preschool next week so it will be girls week around the house while Brian and Graham are out causing trouble in the world. :)

This is Graham and his sisters on the way to Meet the Teacher. I love taking pictures of my kids walking and holding hands. It is so precious to me.

Here is Graham screaming, "Let's go already!"

Handsome boy!

Where's my class?

Here it is!

Pre-scrimmage to the real scrimmage

Graham had his football scrimmage before the real scrimmage on Saturday! Football is serious in Texas...Graham had 3 practices last week in preparation for this scrimmage. Getting his game face on!

And of course I had to include a couple of pictures of the girls!

Are you ready for some football?

Football or should I say flag football has entered our house. Living in Texas, it is a rite of passage to live and breathe football. Graham's whole life he has watched his Dad go to ATM and watch football religiously every football season. Last year he even went to a game with Brian. So it was envitable that Graham would want to play. Thankfully, it is flag football! They do not start tackle until second grade.

Graham is part of the Eagle team this year. They practice twice a week and their first game will be August 29. What a way to celebrate my birthday!

Of course, the girls had to entertain themselves while Graham practiced. They snacked, read books, ran races, cheered, and danced . I hope they can continue to entertain themselves for the next couple of months.

Here they are practicing their dance moves! Look how together they are :)!
