Powerful bedtime

Graham: Did you know it is more powerful to pray with your eyes closed? Jesus likes that!

As we are about to say the Our Father...we have always said it together but tonight he asked if he could do it by himself and He.Did.

First Aggie football game

Graham has finally entered into the land of the Aggies. He went to his first football game with his dad today. He was very excited to see what goes on at all those football games that Brian attends. Graham stated his day at 5:30 am and returned home at 8:00 pm. He said he had a great time but from what I can tell from all the pictures is that Graham loved hanging out with his cousins, Haley and Hunter and the actual game was secondary.

Getting ready to head to Kyle Field to cheer on the Aggies.

Heading up the never ending ramps up to the 3rd deck.

Made it!

Playing with Hunter

So glad they won, now back to the tailgate!

Trick or Treat! part 2

The kids were excited to put their costumes on again and head out trick or treating in the neighborhood. The girls lasted about 2 streets and then I headed back home with them and Brian took Graham out for awhile longer. The girls wanted to look at every piece of candy as it was dropped into their bucket and Graham wanted to dash off to the next house. I really do not even know why Graham wants to go Trick or Treating. He hates candy. At least the girls will enjoy eating up all their brother's candy.

Halloween Extravaganza! part 1

We kicked off the day with a trip to Southwest Airlines for Halloween festivities. SWA definitely know how to throw a Halloween party. All the employees were dressed in costumes and had themed areas for the kids to venture in and out of.

After lunch, the kids went to the observatory deck and watched the planes land and take off.

Balloon blast!

Super man and friends!

Lollipop love!

Graham loved all the scary things and insisted on his picture being taken before we left.

A stroll through the Patch

Fall is one of my favorite parts of the year. Come on, who does not like cooler weather, Halloween, pumpkins, sweatshirts and shorts, Thanksgiving and lets not forget the ever popular time change and that precious extra hour of sleep? One tradition that I have started with my kids is taking them to a pumpkin patch every year. Here is my stroll down memory lane... October 2008

Singing Debut

I caught Bryce singing into her microphone AKA vacuum cleaner. It was priceless. She is my entertainer of the family. She loves to sing and dance and be the center of attention. It may be hard to hear so turn it up but then turn it way down when you hear my horrific loud voice as I am trying to get Graham to be quiet. Also, take note of her little legs tapping away.

Pumpkin Patch

The kids and I took my mom to the airport after a fun-filled week of her spoiling all of us. I will sure miss her yummy dinners and I am sure the kids will miss everything about having her here like pudding for breakfast, donut holes, staying up late, videos galore, cuddles and kisses and playing games. Even though we were sad to see her go, we cheered ourselves up by making our annual trek to a pumpkin patch. The kids really enjoyed it this year. All 3 of them could find things that entertained them. I just had to make sure I could corral them together within eyesite. Bon Voyage. Grandad will be so happy for your return.Small, medium and largeBig Brother taking care of his sisters. Graham really wanted to pick this pumpkin up.
Layne is giving me the thumbs up as she follows Graham up the ladder. I was so worried she was not going to be able to keep up with Graham but she surprised me and was a superstar.
Bryce was excited to see Dora and Boots.
Graham loved seeing Spongebob.

Playing in a little house! She thought it was so fun.
And so did Layne.
Cleaning up before lunch so we could get our bellies full before we head back home.
