KL Adventures

We spent the rest of our time in Kuala Lumpar exploring the city and visiting child friendly places.  Here are a few places that we visited:

This is one of the better science centers we have been too.  It was very interactive and kept the kids entertained while educating them as well.  So everyone is happy.

This dinosaur was at the entrance of the dinosaur section on the center.  As you walk in the dinosaur comes to "life".  Let's just say Layne turned right around and bolted for the exit.  She wanted nothing to do with it.  I had to convince her it was not real and carry her past it.

This bench simulated what it would feel like to be in a small earthquake.  Considering the recent events in New Zealand and Japan, earthquakes have been the topic of conversation around our house lately.

2.  Petronas Twin Towers

The girls have been studying architecture in their Kindy class and the Petronas Towers was among them.  They were extremely excited to get to see it in person.  They wanted lots of pictures to share with their teacher and classmates at school.  You can travel up to the skybridge between the 2 towers.  The day we went it was very rainy so picturetaking was not optimal.

3.  The hotel pool

Of course we can't forget the hotel pool.  The kids enjoyed the slide and swimming in the bigger pool.  Most of teh time we were the only ones there.

This is Graham on his last day as a six year old.
